FITNESS KICKBOXING

What we originally offered as Fitness Kickboxing has recently gravitated into Muay Thai Kickboxing as a result of sheer popularity. The programs for this art are fast paced, exciting, and a great way to keep in shape.

MUAY THAI KICKBOXING

Muay Thai is for those who want more than just fitness. In this class we teach intense kickboxing including elbows, knees, leg kicks and more. Although this class is awesome for cardio, the focus is more on technique, pad work, and sparring.
