Boot Camp starts today at 5pm for all Jr. and Sr Black Belt Candidates!

Oct. 29th: Halloween Party! It is going be for awesome, younger group at 3-6pm, and older group at 7-10pm.

Nov. 5th: All Female WorkOut at 2pm in the Bronx!
Nov. 19th: Black Belt Test — all Senior Black Belts will be testing for “Dedication” Patches as well!

Dec. 11th: Black Belt Workout at 2pm at our Dojo! Everyone will need their Sparring gear!
